How and when can I check-in into my apartment?

Since we are an apartment-company and not a hotel, we do not have a reception. Therefore we have to arrange a specific time with you, so we can handover the keys of the apartment to you. To ensure a trouble-free handover of the apartment, we ask you to give us your exact arrival time 5 days before your arrival the latest. You can check in into the apartment between 2 p.m. and 12 p.m. Since our apartments are cleaned between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., a earlier check-in is only possible on request. When your arrival is before the check-in times or your departure is after the check-out times you can store your luggage in a so called luggage-locker. You can find luggage lockers in the following locations: Westbahnhof, Floridsdorf, Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, Meidling, Praterstern.
